How do I return an item?

Please read through Errica's Treasures "RETURN POLICY" below which is inclusive of "Exchanges & Returns", "Shipping & Handling", "Care", "Product Availability", Custom Orders" and "Repair". If you have further questions, send an email to errica@erricastreasures.com.

Errica’s Treasures Policies

· Exchange and Returns

o Our number one priority is providing superior customer service. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within seven (7) days of receipt of the package in the original unopened condition and package of the item including the tags on the item(s). If the item(s) is opened it will be considered used and the return will not be honored minus the shipping & handling fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. Before sending your item, you must receive a Credit Return Authorization (CRA) number. To do this, you must email errica@erricastreasures.com. Once the email is received, you will be issued a CRA in direct response to your item. You may then ship the item back for an exchange or refund. A returned item without an authorized CRA will not be accepted.

o NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES will be honored after seven (7) days of receipt of the package. NO EXCEPTIONS

o Return or exchange shipping will not be refunded.

o All returns must be in its original condition including packaging and placed in a padded envelope and sent using a tracking method such as FedEx or UPS or sent insured through USPS. An email to errica@erricastreasures.com must be sent within 24 hours of shipping the item with the tracking number.

o No exchanges or a refund on custom orders as the item is specially made for you.

o Exchanges are honored within seven days (7) days of purchase. Please notify us immediately at errica@erricastreasures.com. In the subject line place: EXCHANGE ORDER. In the body of the email let us know which in-stock item you would prefer of the same cost. If the cost is higher, it must be paid prior to shipping. If less than the original purchase, the difference will be honored once the item is received. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a self-addressed prepaid padded envelope with traceable shipping for the exchange, a copy of the invoice, and the item in the original packaging, and tags must be on the item(s) otherwise it will be considered used and an exchange will not be accepted. The tracking number must be sent via email to errica@erricastreasures.com within 24 hours of shipping the exchange. A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price paid (not including shipping and handling and taxes) will be charged.

· Shipping & Handling

o Treasures are shipped via USPS First Class mail including delivery confirmation within three (3) to five (5) days Monday through Friday. An email will be submitted once your treasure is shipped. International shipping is available. Please allow up to four (4) weeks to receive your treasure as there may be delays with customs. If you would like to add insurance to the shipment of your treasures, submit an email to errica@erricastreasures.com . You will then receive the total submit to you shipping and handling costs along with the insurance that will be added to the shipment of your treasure(s). Once the item is shipped, Errica’s Treasures is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages.

· Customer Service

o It is important to us that we provide exceptional customer service. We have are available Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM EST – 6:00 PM EST. Email inquiries will be addressed Monday through Friday.

· Care

o We want you to enjoy your treasures. Please note: the lifetime of your treasure(s) depends on the care in which it is treated. Below are friendly suggestions of how to care for your treasure(s). Please note, the list is not all-inclusive but provides helpful information of improper care that you will want to avoid:

§ Do not swim or wash with “treasures” due to discoloration may occur.

§ Remember to remove all jewelry before any washing, swimming, exercise or workouts of any kind, sports, lotioning, putting on perfume, bathing, oils, putting on make-up, or using chemicals of any kind as these activities may cause discoloration and/or damage to your item(s). At all times avoid water, chemicals, or anything similar to water or chemicals of any kind to come into contact with your item(s). Any of these items may damage your treasure(s). Apply makeup, lotions, and perfumes BEFORE putting on your treasure.

o Always place each treasure in a safe, clean place.

o Do not excessively stretch your jewelry as this may cause it to break.

o Do not leave your treasure in the sun as it may cause discoloration or fading.

o Use a jewelry cloth to wipe each treasure after use. To help with tarnishing when not wearing your treasure, store in an air-tight sealed zip-lock bag.

· Product Availability

o Sometimes pieces may be out of stock or on backorder. In the event this takes place, we will notify you immediately. If you are interested in a treasure that is no longer available, please contact us via email at errica@erricastreasures.com.

· Custom Orders

o If you seek a different combination of beads, charms, or pendants please contact us. We will work with you to customize your treasure.

o A 50% deposit is required before a custom order can begin. Once an order is placed on a custom or personalized item it may not be cancelled; the deposit is non-refundable. It is necessary to enforce the policy because the item(s) are based on your request and made specifically for you. ALL custom and/or personalized items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable and CANNOT be cancelled once the order is placed. Pictures will be sent to you via email so that we can begin customizing your order. Once the item is approved, the remaining balance will be due plus the shipping cost of your choice.

· Repair

o We hope you never need a repair but in the event your treasure needs repairing, we are happy to do so free of charge up to ninety (90) days from day of purchase. We will repair restringing and any missing stones from cross, bar, and Shamballa bracelets up to ninety (90) days after purchase providing Proof of Purchase (PoP). Anything after ninety (90) days will be charged a repair fee. Please note each item is slightly different as many of our treasures are made of semiprecious stones and metals. Some stones may not be available for repair as merchandise, also, may be unavailable. In the event we are unable to repair your treasure we will make every attempt to find a similar treasure. We will notify you by phone and email in the event this takes place.

o A restringing fee of $9.00 for all stretch bracelets will be charged before shipping.

o All Shamballa repairs will be charged a $15.00 fee before shipping.

o It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a self-addressed prepaid packaged envelope through a traceable method such as Fed Ex, UPS, or insured through USPS at the time of the repair.

o Repairs will be shipped within twenty-one (21) days of receipt of the returned package to Errica’s Treasures. Repairs on custom orders may take longer as item(s) may not be readily available. If this takes place, we will notify you immediately.

o All repair requests will be verified by phone then followed up via email with the repair request to ensure accuracy of the repair needed. A response for the repair will be needed via email to confirm the request. We will provide the address to which the repair is to be sent to.

· Showcase

o If you are interested in Errica’s Treasures providing a showcase please contact us at errica@erricastreasures.com.

· Pictures on website

o Most of our treasures are made from semiprecious gemstones and metals therefore each piece is unique. Please note that the slight imperfections resulting from the use of natural stones enhance the exquisite beauty of our jewelry. In addition, due to variations in computer systems, the color of a piece can only be approximated.

· Copyright Protection

o All designs and images are copyright protected.
